Location: Situated on the "Guanyinshan Fantasy Beach" along the eastern coast of Xiamen Island (Xiamen City), Fujian Province. The cafe is located less than a hundred meters from the beach to the east, directly adjacent to Xiamen's tallest bungee jump tower "Jinsha First Jump" to the south, close to the "Xiamen-Kinmen Bay Helipad" to the north, and connects to the main thoroughfare of the resort area leading to Huandao East Road to the south. Positioned near the Guanyinshan International Business Operation Center to the west and close to both the International Convention and Exhibition Center and the International Conference Center to the south, the "Coastline" Cafe boasts a uniquely advantageous geographical location, offering spectacular views of the eastern waters of Xiamen and facing Kinmen across the sea.‍

Functionality: Primarily serves as a venue for afternoon tea and light dining, including a café. It can also accommodate medium-sized events such as weddings, team-building exercises, forums, or serve as a commercial photography set.‍

Collaborating Entity: Xiamen Tuji Operation Management Co., Ltd., a comprehensive firm specializing in business planning, online marketing, and operational management, providing both online and offline integrated management solutions. With several years of operational experience and a wealth of resources, the company possesses precise expertise in navigating the market in the era of internet celebrities.

Project Phase One: Design commenced in May 2020, and construction was completed in October of the same year, with operations beginning immediately thereafter. The interior spans 800 square meters, with an additional 2,700 square meters outdoors.

Project Phase Two:The design and construction for the second phase were carried out and completed in October 2021.
